The Most Important Ingredient When Looking For A Leader

The most important ingredient to uncover when you are looking to fill a leadership position is does this person make things happen?  Is there movement and positive activity associated with this individual?  Are they advancing the cause?

Recently I came across this very unique Christmas video.  These individuals make things happenThese people are leaders.  Enjoy.

  1. Where as you interact with churches, perhaps Christian atheletes, and pastors, I thought I’d chime in on leadership . Leaders “in Christ” when led by the Spirit, do not work their way to the top as is expected in most local churches as this “work” is of the flesh and done to please men or Christians or pastors. I am born again, attend a great Spirit filled local church which is DOWN in the Democrat wing. The American Republican wing actually leads UP to the eternal Kingdom of Christ. All Americans descended from the womb beginning at the cross in the churches of our Founding Fathers which is the only cross that can be visited BY FAITH that actually leads into the eternal Kingdom in Heaven. This cross is also the only cross where Christians can stand and defend the Kingdom of Christ because they know they have the full weight and authority of the Kingdom to back them up. I’m commenting because I teach Christians and non Christians at this cross in the streets. Once they see themselves on higher ground, their faith in Christ grows supernaturally. When viewd in the political arena, most Christians throughout the U.S. gather in front of local crosses in local churches that divide the spiritual body of Christ into weak congregations. No Christian will ever go pass any cross in any local church and this tradtion must be broken. Flocks come in from the west to worship only to “turn and go back down” after each Sunday serice. Because these flocks are always stuck on lower ground, no Christian can be lead by the Spirit to lead his own family or seed directly into the Kingdom. The Biblical call has and still is for the male to lead by the Spirit so that his seed will follow him into the eternal Kingdom. Christians in the left wing cut off this journey to the Kingdom of Christ and no one seems to care. As one who leads by faith and sheds light, as we are all called to, I do preach and teach “leadership” at the cross in front of the eternal Kingdom and I am not a pastor. But I know from experience NO one can stand against any Disciple of Christ when the Saints are on higher ground and in front of their own Kingdom. Would love to hear your comments on this matter! Peace in Christ

    • You have some interesting ideas. My thoughts are that the only biblical leadership model is servant leadership. Also, regarding political ideas, I think Jesus probably wouldn’t take sides. He would take over!
